LAWYER
Bachelor of Laws and admitted to the bar or at least an organization
of lawyers. With minimum 8 years experience as a practicing Corporate
Lawyer or Legal Officer. Able to help the company circumventing legal
related problems, provide advise on labor relations, employment
contracts, legal complaints against the company and draw up contracts
for the Clients, Sub-Consultants, Contractors etc. Able to interpret
laws, rulings and regulations. Excellent communication skills both
oral 8, written.
Executive Secretary
College graduate (Preferably with degree in Mass Com.. Psychology,
Political Science, Sociology, Liberal Arts, Management, etc.). With
knowledge in filing system & document control. Good communication
skills in English both oral & written. Computer literate, preferably
with Primavera Expedition experience. Gulf experience in an added
advantage.
