A Leading Shipping Line Agency in the Kingdom seeks the following
position in Riyadh:

Freight Forwarding Staff

Requirements and Responsibilities:

•10 years experience in Shipping Freight Forwarding
•Having good communication skills to be able to communicate I contact
customers thru telephone and during visits.
•Always able to gain new customers and discuss new business
opportunities.
•Be able to build up business relations with all related parties
enable smoothen his biz.
•Good experience I background about customer service and customer
satisfaction.
•Quote export freight rates with different shipping terms (FOB, C.I.F,
C&F, EX WORKS, DDU, DDP).
• Negotiate offers from customs clearance agents and transportation
providers.
•Attend to messages & reply all inquiries from load ports and biz
entities.
•Handle Return cargo (re-export).
•Follow up with truckers and clearing agents.
•Collect I dispatch import and export documentations from Ito
clients..
•Prepare invoices and deliver to customers.
•Follow up and collect charges (customs inspection, port dues and
customs duty) in advance.
•Prepare job orders sheets and close orders in line with accounts.
•Attend any other FFWD jobs and inquiries.
